PURPOSE:To produce a healthy food having improved digestion and absorption in the body and good taste, by treating rice bran and wheat bran as main components with a fiber decomposing mold and a protein decomposing mold, etc. CONSTITUTION:Rice bran is blended with wheat bran in a volume ratio of about 1:1, a very small amount of calcium and about 10% based on mixed volume of the rice bran and the wheat bran of a fiber decomposing mold and kneaded. Then about 10hr later, the blend is mixed with a protein decomposing mold and then, about 10hr later, with a KOJI mold, crude fiber and crude protein contained in the rice bran and the wheat bran are fermented and decomposed, dried, sieved and granulated to give a product.
