The present invention refers to the compound, the isolation and the characterization of cis-dichloro-[3-hydroxy-D1.3.5(10)-estratrieno-17b-amino-17a- methyl amino] platinum (Π), cis-dichloro-[3-methoxy-20b-amino-2α-methyl-amino-pregna] platinum (Π) and cis-dichloro-5a-androstan-3-ylo-17b-ol-3b-amino-3a-methyl amino] platinum (II). The above complexes have a significant pharmacological efficacy, since their anti-cancer effect is similar to cisplatin as well as their additional ability to connect with the equivalent receptors (=RBA, Receptor Binding Affinity) is one of the best that has ever been reported for such a compound category.
