Procedure for preparing a product Soil Activator. Comprising: (a) to dilute the biomass of mycelia of penicillin in water and in a base nitrogen (urea), to form a solution; and b) mixing the solution with a base and a Liquid Soil Stabilizer, between 5 and 60gc, stirring speed and 540 RPM for 5 minutes.Liquid Foundation is fomrada by a mixture of Phosphoric acid and sugar and Stabilizer of soils is a polybutadiene. Used in the manufacture of Tailings Dams and landfills.
