The Invention includes the production of recombinant DNA containing a gene encoding Amylase, prepared by an in vitro procedure.The procedure is to excise the DNA from one organism and Chlorinating Plasmid publlo through contact with a restriction endonuclease, and combine the resulting DNA Fragments containing the gene encoding Amylase Splinter with a Vector Plasmid.Donors are Microorganisms, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus coagulans Bacillus cereus, Bacillus circulans, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
