The target sight uses two viewfinders (14,15) with a cross-wire (17,18) and a display (19,20) for the direction of movement of the target (16) respectively. Both viewfinders are coupled together via respective rotation generators and a control microprocessor, which simultaneously controls the target direction display for one (15) of the viewfinders. Pref. each viewfinder has a microcomputer controlling its rotation in both azimuthal and sidewards directions. ADVANTAGE - Tracks target so that speed does not have to be guessed. Better understanding between commander and gunner.
