The side panel hoist is held in the vertical position by two U-shaped brackets and two hydraulic rams. The brackets are supported by two pairs of parallel arms mounted under the truck on the chassis, and operated by other hydraulic rams. The two sets of rams move the panel vertically and control its tilt. The system can be fitted to the side or rear of the truck. The vertical rams lie parallel to the vertical brackets in the raised position and are connected to the panel by thrust plates. USE/ADVANTAGE - Side hoist for truck.
