PURPOSE:To enhance reaction efficiency in quantitative analysis and to make it possible to analyze an objective material at high sensitivity, by adding a label material in liposome comprising multiple layers. CONSTITUTION:An outer liposome 1 has antibodies or antigens 3 which react with antigens or antibodies in a sample on the surface. The liposome 1 reacts with the antigens or the antibodies 7 in the sample. Dissolving reaction of a film occurs by the actions of a complement 8. The dissolving reaction of the film of the liposome 1 causes the outflow of an inner liposome 2 incorporated in the liposome 1. The liposome 2 has second antigens or antibodies on the surface of the films. The antigens or antibodies 4 react with third antibodies or antigens 6 in the sample. The film of the liposome 2 is dissolved by the action of the complement activity. Thus entire label material 5 in the liposome 2 flows out of the ribosome, and analysis can be performed. Since the material 5 reacts efficiently, the reaction efficiency in quantitative analysis is enhanced, and the highly sensitive immunity analysis can be performed.
