PURPOSE:To enable execution of precise and stable analysis by enclosing a labelled substance and magnetic substance particles inside a liposome constituting at least of one of phospholipid and glycolipid. CONSTITUTION:A labelled substance and magnetic substance particles are en closed inside a liposome constituting at least of one of phospholipid and glycolipid in this reagent, and a part of an antigen or an antibody is immobi lized on the surface of this liposome. After this reagent is made to react with a sample, a magnetic field is impressed to collect the reagent, and further a complement is made to act on the collected reagent to destruct the liposome. The quantity of the labelled substance flowing out of this destructed liposome is measured, the labelled substance flowing out is quantified from the correlation between said quantity and the quantity of a substance to be detected in the sample, and thereby the substance to be detected is quantified.
