METHOD OF IMMUNITY ANALYSIS AND REAGENT FOR IMMUNITY ANALYSIS

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform precise immunity analysis by using a first physiological active material comprising a part of an antibody, and using a second physiological active material which contains the same molecular structure as the first material and which is fixed through a pretreating reagent and fixing agent. CONSTITUTION:The following materials are used: a first liposome comprising phospholipid or glycolipid; a first physiological active material which is fixed to the liposome through a fixing agent and has antigen-antibody reactivity with a material under test in a sample; and a testing reagent comprising a label material which is sealed in the first liposome. The testing reagent and a complement are inputted into the sample and made to react with the material under test. The obtained label material is measured, and the material under test is determined. When a part of an antibody is used as the first physiological material, it is desirable to fix a second physiological active material that does not undergo antigen-antibody reaction with the material under test in the sample on the liposome through the same fixing agent used in the test reagent. The second physiological active material contains the same molecular structure as at least a part of the antibody in a pretreating reagent.
