PURPOSE: To facilitate the construction of a building having a spring-up part by disposing, around the building, bracket equipment which is expanded upward and has a wide inclined surface movably in vertical direction, and using them as lower seasoning racks, form timbering, and scaffold receiving brackets. CONSTITUTION: Bracket equipment 10 which is expanded upward from the inner periphery to the outer periphery and has a wide inclined surface is disposed around a multistory tower like building 1 movably in vertical direction. The bracket equipment 10 is connected to a slip form device 20 through a connection member 30 when a slip form construction of a tower body part 2 is performed, and used as lower seasoning racks. Also, when the spring-up part 4 is executed, the bracket equipment 10 installed in contact with the spring-up part 4 is installed fixedly to the toward body part 2, and used as form timbering and scaffold receiving brackets. Thus a reinforced building 1 having the spring-up part 4 can be constructed safely and easily.
