PURPOSE:To obtain the titled polysiloxane having excellent solubility, by sulfonating alcoholic hydroxyl groups of a specific alcoholic hydroxyl group- containing polysiloxane and subjecting the resultant reaction product to ring opening polymerization with oxazolines. CONSTITUTION:(A) Alcoholic hydroxyl groups of an alcoholic hydroxyl group- containing polysiloxane expressed by formula I [R1 is 1-18C alkyl or aryl; R3, R4 and R5 are OH, allyloxy, 1-20C alkyl, etc.; R2 is (ether or ester bond- containing) 1-100C alkylene; m is =1; n is =0 and 2=m+n=2,000] is (partially) sulfonated and the resultant reaction product is then subjected to ring opening polymerization with (B) 2-oxazolines expressed by formula II [R6 is (OH- containing) 1-40C alkyl, aryl, etc.] to afford (C) the aimed poly(N- acylethyleneimine) graft polysiloxane expressed by formula III (k and n are =0; l is =1 and 2=k+l+n=2,000; 1=p=200).
