摘要

PURPOSE:To markedly increase the yield of transformation product, by using, as the transformation promotor for microorganisms, an acid extraction product from the seeds of true grasses, the seeds of Cruciferae, brown algae or red algae. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of acid extraction product selected from those of the seeds of true grasses, the seeds of Cruciferae, brown algae and red algae is used as the transformation promotor for microorganisms. Said true grasses is pref. wheat bran, corn hull or sugar of rice origin; whereas, said Cruciferae pref. colza tailings.
