CONSTRUCTING METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE COATING-REINFORCED CONCRETE COMPOUND PILLAR AND REINFORCEMENT-ARRANGED PREASSEMBLED STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To contrive the elimination or reduction of labor in field work, reduction of a construction term, improvement of quake resistance and the prevention of brittle fracture by carrying a reinforcement-arranged preassembled structure, previously manufactured in a plant and applying an X-type reinforcement arrangement in a coating steel pipe, to be set up in a work spot and depositing concrete. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement-arranged preassembled structure 8, which arranges main bars 4 tilting in a diagonal direction in a height direction so as to cross in an X-shape in the intermediate part in a coating steel pipe 3, preferably forming a fireproof material coating layer 18 in the peripheral surface, through a reinforced stopper metal fixture 9 separably connected to the steel pipe 3, is previously manufactured in a plant. The reinforcement- arranged preassembled structure 8 is carried into a work spot and set up in a predetermined position, and depositing concrete in the coating steel pipe 3 removing a bolt of the stopper metal fixture 9 before solidifying the concrete, the steel pipe 3 is released from its connection to the main bars 4. Next an extension part 4a of the main bar 4, protruding from upper and bottom ends of the steel pipe 3, is connected to the other corresponding main bar 15, and a steel pipe coating-reinforced concrete compound pillar is constructed.
