GRAIN-WEIGHT DETECTING APPARATUS IN GRAIN DRYING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of a drying machine without decreasing accuracy when the weight of grain is measured, by detecting the center of gravity of the inputted grain based on the result of the distribution state of the grain, and computing the total weight of the grain based on the center of gravity and the measured value of a weight meter. CONSTITUTION:The distribution state of inputted grain in a grain drying machine is detected with a distribution-state detecting means B. A center-of- gravity detecting means C detects the center of gravity of the inputted grain based on the result of the detection. Meanwhile, a weight meter A measures the weight at one corner of the bottom part of the grain drying machine in corresponding with the grain inputted in the grain drying machine. A grain- weight computing means D computes the total weight of the inputted grain based on the detected center of gravity and the measured weight.
