PURPOSE:To eliminate a mortar placing process at the corner part with complicated curved surfaces to reduce the manufacturing man-hour, by arranging a three-surface corner plate and a two-surface corner plate, for which backing patch metals have been attached respectively at a prescribed position, and placing concrete on the back of these corner plates. CONSTITUTION:Three-surface corner plates 24, 33 are attached at a prescribed position of a square shaped tank, and connect them to adjacent two-surface corner plates 41a-41g by welding. At the same time, on the back of each welded line, backing patch metals 29a-29d, for which a leakage detecting groove has been formed, and leakage detecting grooves 33a-33c, etc., which include a backing patch metals inside, are attached. Under this condition, at a position where there are flat plates 42a-42f made of stainless steel, formworks 43, 44 are arranged. After that, when concrete 45 is placed, the concrete 45 is filled, closely sticking to the back of the two-surface corner plates 41a-41f and three-surface corner plates 24, 34. By doing this, a complicated process (man-hour) can be omitted.
