PURPOSE: To form a durable cohesion between a synthetic resin and a base surface by silanizing, as required, a cohesion medium layer obtained by sandblasting with a composition containing specific substances. CONSTITUTION: Subsequnetly, then this cohesion medium layer so obtained is silaned, as required. After sandblasting the surface of a base by using a sandblast composition consisting of (A) 0.01 to 90wt.% of an arbitrarily-silaned substance having a smaller grain diameter that 5m and a higher hardness than the base, and/or (B) 20 to 100wt.% of a silaned silicon-series substance 20 having an average grain diameter of 2 to 200m and (C) a sandblast composition as the balance having an average grain diameter larger than 5m respectively based on the total weight of sandblast, a layer is applied to the treated base surface, and then, as necessary, this cohesion medium layer obtained is silanized.
