PURPOSE:To make improvements in working properties by constituting it with a mounting plate being pressed and attached to a flat surface of a furring strips member, a guide holding cylinder of a top surface or a bottom surface, and an adjusting piece with a mounting piece being inserted into this cylinder, adjustable before and behind and pressing a rafter member to the front end. CONSTITUTION:A mounting plate 22 is made up of a mounting part 22a being capable of being pressed and attached to a front part of a furring strips member 11 with a lock bolt 23, and a base plate part 22c being extended along a hook part 22b of a top surface part and a lower surface part. In addition, there are provided with a flat, square tubular guide holding cylinder 24 fixed to the underside of the base plate part 22c, and a guide holding piece 25a being vertically inserted into this cylinder and retractably adjustable in the longitudinal direction. The front end is halved vertically by an adjusting piece 25 of mounting pieces 25b, 25b and a rafter member 21 bent and formed at a right angle in both directions is welded to each of halved ends with a bolt 13. With this constitution, dangerousness of leveling operation at a height is reducible.
