PURPOSE:To make improvements in working properties by constituting it with a clamp adjusting plate being attached to a surface part, a guide holding cylinder capable of retracting this plate before and behind and fixing it, and a mounting plate clamped to a rafter member with ample width in all directions of the front end. CONSTITUTION:There are provided with a mounting part 22a attached to a front part of a structural surface 11 with a lock bolt in a pressed state, a clamp adjusting plate 22 by an adjusting piece part 22b bending its upper part at a right angle in horizontality and having it extended in front as far as sufficient length, a square cylindrical guide holding cylinder 24 flat in both directions, accepting the adjusting piece part 22b in a full of width and making it so as to be fixed and supported by a presser bolt 25 after making it retractable in front and in the rear. In order to compensate a receiving range to be solidly clamped to a front end, sufficient width is taken at top, bottom and right, left by a mounting plate 26, a rafter member 12 is properly pressed to a surface part and clamped for installation with a mounting bolt 13. With this constitution, leveling can be done simply and safely.
