APPARATUS FOR REMOVING STUCK LEAD IN OUTLET SIDE OF LEAD BATH FOR HEAT TREATMENT OF STEEL WIRE

PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of lead on a steel wire in outlet side of lead bath furnace by arranging supporting device for lifting the steel wire at outlet side to sand pool of the lead bath furnace for heat treatment arranging vibrating device in the sand pool and always bringing the steel wire into contact with new sand. CONSTITUTION:The plural steel wires 3 heat-treated in a dipping part 2 into the lead bath in the heat treatment lead bath furnace 1 are changed to the running direction by sink roll 4 and passed through sand pile 6 in the sand pool 5 and reached to a supporting roll 7 for steel wire. The lifting device 8 at outlet side of the sand pool 5 is arranged and one pair of idle rolls 14, 15 are rotated to move the plural steel wires 3 up and down while supporting. Further, the vibrating device 17 is arranged in the sand pool 5 and the steel wires 3 are always brought into contact with the new sand by vibrating a vibrator 23. Therefore, moving efficiency of the stuck lead on the steel wire 3 at out of the lead bath furnace 1 is improved.
