METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CAUSING SUCCEEDING VEHICLE TO FORESEE CAUTION SIGNAL BY LARGE-SIZED VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To prevent a serious accident at an intersection by causing a succeeding vehicle not possible to confirm an advancing-direction signal to foresee a caution and a stop by an auxiliary signal installed at the rear part of a large- sized vehicle and a tall vehicle when the advancing-direction signal shows the caution and the stop. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle auxiliary signal lamp 2 is fixed by bolt-fixing, welding and an arbitrary method to the prescribed position of a rear part 1 of the large-sized vehicle and the tall vehicle, a power source is a vehicle battery, a wiring terminal part is connected to the auxiliary signal lamp fixed to the rear part 1, the other terminal part is connected to a control switch in a driver's cab, and the control switch is provided in the prescribed position that a driver can operate it immediately and the driving is not obstructed. When the front part of the large-sized vehicle goes into the intersection, when a blue signal turns to a yellow signal and a red signal, the driver of the large-sized vehicle lights up a vehicle rear auxiliary signal lamp 2 and instructs that the succeeding vehicle should stop outside the intersection. Thus, the succeeding vehicle does not enter the intersection and serious accidents are prevented.
