TRANSCUTANEOUS AND TRANSMUCOSAL COMPLETE ANTIGEN AGENT FOR REMEDY OF ALLERGIC ECZEMA OR SUCH AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled drug preparation, by dialyzing urine of healthy person with running water and distilled water, artificially drying in air to attain a prescribed sugar protein concentration and adding a proper amount of the product to a liquid or ointment, etc., such as water, alcohol or saline water. CONSTITUTION:The titled drug preparation is produced by dialyzing urine of a healthy person (having a pH of about 6.5) with running water for 48hr and then with distilled water for 24hr, artificially drying the dialysis product in air to adjust the sugar protein concentration to 1,000mg/dl and mixing the dried product into a base such as liquid or ointment (e.g. water, alcohol or saline water) at a concentration of 100mg/100g. The drug is extremely effective against dermatic and mucomembranous diseases supposed to be caused by an autoantigen-antibody reaction with an atypical antibody. The urine used as a starting raw material is preferably obtained from a male adult of 10-35 years old. Urine negative to sulfo test is collected in early morning, put into a sterilized cellophane membrane bag, dialyzed with running water and stored in frozen state. It is used after filtration under pressure and sterilization treatment.
