ELECTROPLATED TIN PLATE FOR SEAMLESS CAN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a titled tin plate which decreases the amt. of Sn plating while maintaining shear spinnability, by using a phosphoric acid treatment in place of a chromic acid treatment as a chemical treatment in an electroplated tin plate for seamless cans. CONSTITUTION:0.01-10.00mg/m2 P and further 0.01-1.00mg/m2 Al according to need are incorporated in a chemical treatment film coated on the surface of an Sn plating layer. The phosphoric acid treatment liquid for the same varies in an adequate bath compsn. with a dipping treatment and an electrolytic treatment; the sufficient sticking of P on the Sn plating layer is not achieved with only the aq. soln. contg. =1 kinds phosphates in the former and therefore an Al compd. such as Al2(SO4) is added thereto as an accelerator for sticking. Since the phosphoric acid chemical treatment that provides high ironing lubricity is applied onto the surface of the tin plate, the tin plate having excellent shear spinnability is obtd.
