FRESHNESS HOLDING DEVICE FOR FISHES AND SHELLFISHES OR THE LIKE IN REFRIGERATOR TRANSPORT VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To efficiently hold the degree of freshness of sea foods or the like by setting a far-infrared radial substance of ceramics or the like being placed in a condition that it comes into contact with cooling air in the vicinity of a cooler blow port blowing the cooling air into a refrigerator chamber so that the whole of air in the refrigerator chamber is activated. CONSTITUTION:A cooler 3, set up in a refrigerator chamber of a refrigerator transport vehicle, has an evaporator 4 in the point end part of a compressor, and the point end part of this evaporator 4 serves as the blow port of cooling air. Here the cooler 3 provides a far-infrared radial substance 6 of ceramics or the like to be arranged in a condition that it comes into contact with the cooling air in the vicinity of the blow port of the cooling air. When the blow port of the cooling air is excessively blocked, the cooler 3 deteriorates its blowing power, accordingly the cooler 3 sets up the bar-shaped far-infrared radial substance 6 of bore size about 4-10mm, for instance, in a frame structure 7 being placed parallelly in a lattice shape. In this way, the cooling air, blown from the cooler 3, is brought into contact with the far- infrared radial substance 6, thus the cooler, activating the cooling air, efficiently holds the freshness of sea foods or the like being a refrigerated object.
