PURPOSE: To obtain the titled thermally, mechanically and chemically stable compound by subjecting aminosilanes to gelation together with a cross-linking agent by water, separating generated spherical particles, adding alkylhalide and inorganic acid, etc., to it, dehydrating it after reaction and executing a thermal processing. ;CONSTITUTION: The secd. or the ther. aminosilane of formula I (R6-R8 are the formula II (1-10C alkyrene, etc., and R9 is 1-5C alkyl) is dissolved in a solvent together with the cross-linking agent of the formula III (M is Si or Ti, etc., and R' is 1-5C alkyl), a sufficient quantity of water is added to it so as to subject it to gelation for a sufficient time at a temp. till 200°C and generated spherical substance is separated, dehydrated and thermally processed for 1-100 hours at 150-300°C. Then, 1-20C alkyl halide, etc., inorganic or organic protonic acid and solvent are added to it, allowed to react at a temp. till 250°C, separated, dehydrated and thermally processed during 100 hours at 100-300°C so that a target high molcular compound expressed by the formula IV (R1 and R2 are the formula V, etc., R3 is the same kind as H and R1, R4 is H and 1-20C alkyl, etc., X is halogen and (x) is 1-3) is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO
