PURPOSE:To improve electromagnetic-wave shielding property, machinability and bending flexibility, by using conductive thermosetting-resin impregnated paper or nonwoven fabric, as an underlay in a thermosetting-resin decorative sheet. CONSTITUTION:An underlayer 2 and an overlay 3 are laminated on a substrate 1 in this order, and thermocompression molding is performed. As the underlay 2, conductive thermosetting-resin impregnated paper or nonwoven fabric, which is formed by impregnating conductive paper or nonwoven fabric with a thermosetting resin, is used. As the conductive paper or the nonwoven fabric, it is desirable to use the paper or the nonwoven fabric, which undergoes electroless plating or evaporation of nickel or cobalt. However, the paper or the nonwoven fabric, which is manufactured by mixing conductive fibers, can be used. This electromagnetic-wave shielding decorative laminated sheet has high bending flexibility. This electric-field shielding effect has a value of 50 dB or more in the range of 30-1,000 MHz.
