PURPOSE: To assuredly absorb a construction error upon construction and thermal deformation after completion by forming an attaching hole for each anchor bolt for securing a fixing member to each fixing position as a slot. CONSTITUTION: A gusset plate 12 for fixing a tension material is integrally secured to the fixing member 11 of an anchor part 4. An attaching hole 14 for each anchor bolt 13 for anchoring and fixing the gusset plate 12 and the fixing member 11 to anchorage concrete 9 is formed as a slot toward a central direction of the layout of the fixing position. A turn buckle 61 and a jaw bolt 62 are connected to the lower end part of the tension material 6. The jaw bolt 62 is pivotally attached to the gusset plate 12 turnably.
