PURPOSE:Title preparation that contains phosphatidyl choline, phosphoatidine acids or phosphatidyl ethanolamine, thus showing remarkable effectiveness with extremely reduced toxicity. CONSTITUTION:Said preparation contains a phosphatidine acid derivative selected from phosphatidyl choline of formula I (One of R1 and R2 is H and the other is the residual of 6-22C saturated fatty acid or both of R1 and R2 are hexanoul), phosphatidine acids of formula II (R3 and R4 are H, residue of 6-22C saturated acid or 14-20C unsaturated acid) or their salts and phosphatidyl ethanolamine of formula III (R5 and R6 are H, residue of 6-22C saturated acid of 14-20C unsaturated acid), e.g., soybean sodium phosphatidate, as the essential component. Said preparation shows an activity of accelerating the afferent path by passing the afferent path from the periphery to celebral cortex.
