PURPOSE:To enable measurement of disturbing wave excluding capacity under worst condition at high reproducibility by providing an annular magnetic substance core on which the tip of a coaxial cable is wound, a resistance made by connecting a coaxial outer cover conductor and a center conductor, and a cylindrical magnetic substance to be placed on the injected line. CONSTITUTION:Resistance value of a resistance 15 is selected equal to characteristic impedance of a coaxial cable 14. A wire to which disturbing wave is to be injected, for instance a feeder 3, is passed through an annular core 12 and a cylindrical magnetic substance 13. An artificial disturbing wave generator 11 is started while operating an electronic device 2. The artificial disturbing wave is injected to the feeder 3 by transformer coupling through the annular core of the feeder 3 and coaxial cable 14. The output is increased slowly, and the core 12 is moved along the feeder under each output condition. Output of the disturbing wave when the electronic device 2 makes malfunction indicates disturbing wave excluding capacity of the electronic device 2. The magnetic substance 13 acts as a resistive terminator, and the position of the core 12 that matches output impedance of the artificial disturbing wave generator 1 exists in it. At that time, the electronic device shows the lowest disturbance excluding capacity.
