PRODUCTION OF RETAINING MOLD ASSEMBLY FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND RETAINING MOLD ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: To construct at low cost a formwork assembly which can be installed stably by connecting a pair of wall portions by means of a connecting member made of concrete-like material and having flanges on both sides thereof. CONSTITUTION: A formwork assembly is constructed by placing a pair of wall portions 1 connected together by a connecting member 20 made of concrete-like material. A flowing mortar 6 is packed into openings 5 in a template 2 placed inside each wall portion 1 and is smoothed off, and damp concrete 8 with little water content is packed into a bell shaped form 7. The flange 12 side of the damp concrete 8 is made to abut the mortar 6 and the form 7 is removed. The intermediate portions of a pair of members formed by the removal of the template 2 are interconnected. The formwork assembly can thus be constructed at low cost, and since the formwork assembly has good stability, the packing property of the concrete is enhanced.
