PURPOSE: A mold for a precast concrete retaining wall is provided which is capable of rapidly fabricating a wide variety of retaining walls using a single frame mold due to elastic deformation of a steel plate and is easily releasing the retaining wall from the mold while providing an acceptable appearance free of surface or edge defects even after released. CONSTITUTION: The mold for variably adjusting widths, heights and lengths of a bottom plate and a bottom plate walls comprises: a frame mold base(100) having a side plate moving member(110) and a bottom plate moving member(120); a side plate unit(200) having a first side plate unit(210) and a second side plate unit(220); a bottom plate unit(300) detachably connected to the bottom plate moving member(120); a frame assembly(400) having a first frame assembly(410) and a second frame assembly(420); an adjustment plate (500) having a bottom plate(510) and a height adjusting plate(520); and an anchor mounting device(600) having an anchor mounting jig(620), a manipulation axis(630) and a locking piece(640).
