PACKAGING STRUCTURE HAVING ERASING MECHANISM AND REUSABLE WRITING SURFACE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To prepare a writing and drawing surface by covering a layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive on a printed color backing with an overlay film and affixing its marginal area to a packaging structure using a second adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The process of production comprises coating a printed color backing with an adhesive sensitive to a pressure with a writing or drawing utensil, covering the coated adhesive layer with a film, and affixing its marginal area to a carton using a second adhesive. Lifting up the fringe of the covered film from the carton enables the user to use a writing board. Pressure is applied to the cover film with a sharp pencil in order to bring the sheet and the plastic adhesive into contact. The adhesive material is deformed and flows to a light- reflecting translucent surface. The light passes through the covered film which is in contact with the plastic adhesive and reaches the adhesive, exhibiting a dark color. The written pattern can be erased by lifting up the fringe of the covered film again to eliminate the contact part of the film and the adhesive.
