The clamp (10) includes a base (12) on which a flap is secured, the flap acting to retain the tube (22) to the base. The flap has two spaced portions, each securable to the base by releasable hooked pile fastener strips (14,16). The tube can be positioned between these spaced portions (20,23). An outer resilient pad is adhered to the flap between its spaced portions, the pad having an adhesive surface for contacting the positioned tube. A resilient inner pad can also be included, pref. between the base and some fastener strips.
