The aim of the invention is to obtained an anti-toxoplasmosis vaccine. It concerns a protein comprising the epitopes of an antigen with a molecular weight of 24 Kd, excreted-secreted by the toxoplasm, a cell incorporating an expression vector for said protein, a DNA coding for the protein with a molecular weight of 24 Kd, a pharmaceutical composition useful for preventing toxoplasmosis and containing as the active ingredient a protein, the synthesis of which is controlled by said DNA sequence.
