Use of lipophile anthracyclines for the secondary treatment of anthracycline-resistant tumors, composition containing a lipophile anthracycline and preparation thereof

The lipophilic anthracyclines are used for the therapy of tumours which have become resistant to treatment with initially active hydrophilic anthracyclines. Such a composition contains a lipophilic anthracycline and, if desired, a hydrophilic anthracycline primarily active against tumours. A process for the production of such a composition is furthermore described.
