The high-pressure mixing device comprises a mixing chamber (1), having inlet openings (4, 5) for the components, and a directly adjoining outflow channel (10), running at an angle to the said chamber. Mixing chamber and outflow channel have in each case a cross-section which remains continuously the same and in each case reciprocatingly movable pistons (2, 11) of the same cross-section. For the purpose of achieving a steadied mixture outlet from the device as well as a good mixture quality, a pin (14) can be moved out of the wall of the outlet channel opposite the mixing chamber towards the mixing chamber and, if appropriate, into it.
