Method for the generation of programmes for the psychological teaching of persons, especially during their sleeping periods

The present invention relates to a method for generating programmes recorded on two information tracks of a magnetic tape. The method is characterised in that it consists in recording on one of the recording tracks a subliminal relaxation programme mixed with a blocking programme in a proportion greater than the blocking-recording proportion and complementing the latter, and in recording on the second track the subliminal relaxation programme mixed with a teaching programme in a proportion less than the recording proportion of the teaching programme and complementing the latter. The present invention finds application for the psychological teaching of people during their sleeping periods.
