The bench unit, especially for a park, is made of identical boards (12) for the seat and back, and two side frame-sections (2) which have legs (8), horizontal supports (10) for at least two seat-boards (12) and vertical supports (6) for at least one back-rest board (12). Each frame-section (2) has a U-shaped bracket (4) one arm of which forms the leg (8) and the other arms of which form the support (10) for the seat-boards (12). The seat and backrest boards (12) have side holes (36) in for placing them on the supports (6,10). USE/ADVANTAGE - The park bench unit consists of single parts which are easily assembled.
