The heat and pressure reduction takes place in a buffer tank 10 at the bottom of which there is an outlet coupled to one branch of the heat- exchanger 9 which is connected to a drain pipe 8 at a connection point 13 formed downstream of the heat- exchanger 9 as viewed in the direction of flow of the condensed water.
