Composite, large-capacity, strippable paper-plastic bag, and its application

This bag 1, comprising an internal bag 3 made of damp-proof plastic and an external protective bag 2 made of paper, is intended to be closed, after it is filled at the user's premises, by two parallel weld lines or bands 4 formed close to the top of the plastic bag and by stitches 5 simultaneously traversing the paper bag and the plastic bag between the two weld lines mentioned above. It comprises a tear-off strip 7 extending over the entire height of the bag between the plastic bag and the paper bag and fixed to the internal surface of the latter at least at the bottom of the bag and at the top of the bag, this strip making it possible, after elimination of the top region of the filled and closed composite bag by cutting below the stitches 5 and between the two weld lines or strips 4, easily to release the internal plastic bag without damaging it by tearing a strip of the paper bag over its entire height.
