The invention consists in using the elasticity of rubber in order to aid these individuals to perform the sexual act. The apparatus consists of a sleeve 1 and strap 2 made of highly flexible rubber of the latex type at the rear of the sleeve 1, the whole being in a single piece. The sleeve 1, when it is fitted, squeezes the penis 3 at its base and allows it to regain its vigour. The strap 2, placed behind the scrotum 4 forces the sleeve 1 to remain in place. IMAGE
