PURPOSE:To gather solid materials generated due to ultraviolet ray reaction in a trap and easily dispose of them by providing the trap within a predetermined distance from the outlet of an ultraviolet rays reactor and communicating the trap with the ultraviolet rays reactor via a specific pipe. CONSTITUTION:A trap 2 is provided along a communication pipe within 1m from the outlet of an ultraviolet rays reactor 1. This trap gathers solid materials easily generated within 1m from the outlet of the reactor. The solid materials thus gathered are easily disposed. The pipe communicating the outlet of the reactor 1 with the trap 2 is arranged as follows. First, the inner diameter is set in 30 mm or more and the inner surface is covered with such as Teflon. Second, the shape is arranged in straight pipe and even if bent, the number of bent pipes are three or less. There is thus no solid materials remained in the pipe. Third, communication pipes are detachably connected to each other at both ends via such as union joints 3 so as to be easily removed.
