PURPOSE:To obtain the title padding cloth having good durability, capable of following dimensional change of cloth of surface by coating one side of woven fabric containing crimped textured yarn, dividable into plural sections with respect to physical properties, having each section of specific elongation characteristics and each section with gradually increasing flexural rigidity with a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Ground fabric of plain weave is made by using falsely twisted textured yarn as warp and weft, the ground fabric is refined, relaxed, dyed and heat-set, processed to develop crimp and one side of the ground fabric is coated with an adhesive comprising a thermoplastic resin by dotting method to give the aimed padding cloth for jacket of clothes comprising woven fabric having physical properties divided into two or more sections in the direction of warp or weft, 10-40% MET value (elongation under 500g/cm load-width) by KES method, =0.8 LT value in each section and flexural rigidity B value gradually increasing or gradually decreasing in each section.
