In a produced film 3, a sample acceptance surface 2 of the film 3 essentially does not transmit cell and fine particle substances. On the other hand, an opposite surface 4 is relatively porous and the natural gap rate of a matrix 6 of the film 3 extremely decreases from its initial value by absorbing a conditioning agent, an indicator, an interacting reagent, and a flow adjuster. As a result, the relative density of the initial film increases effectively. Therefore, the object is effective to analyze a biological fluid containing, for example, cells and fine particle substances.
