PURPOSE:To easily compare various data by collectively executing data processings from the input of the data up to displaying. CONSTITUTION:Measured data are inputted from a file group 11, the measured data to be a processing object are designated by a designated data input means 14, and the measured data to be the processing object are sorted by a processing means 22. The combination of the data, the types of lines, colors to be displayed, etc., in order to plot a chart expressed with the use of the measured data to be the processing object and the difference between them are selected by a means 23, the difference between the measured data and the reference data is calculated, and the display data are outputted to a display device 13 side based on a calculation result. In addition to it, a graphic processing means 21 is accessed by an alteration processing means 24 on a display screen, the data processing necessary for the alternation of the display screen by means of the instructing data inputted from a display alteration indicating means 15 is executed, the graphic processing is executed, and the result is outputted to the display screen of the display device 13. Thus, the data can be collectively processed, and the various data can be easily compared.
