PURPOSE:To perform the retrieval, the registration, the updating, and the erasure of society information and individual information classified by every purpose and to output those results by managing the society information of a New Year's card, a midyear gift, a letter of inquiry after health in the hot season, and a year-end gift, etc., and the individual information of a name, an address, a telephone number, and individual society information, etc., by dedicated software. CONSTITUTION:Numbers representing a retrieval mode, a registration updating mode, an erasure mode, respectively are inputted from a keyboard on an input means 3 on the initial picture of an output means 4, then, respective function is selected. When a mode is set at the retrieval mode, the selection of a retrieval item i.e. the society information 5 of the New Year's card, the midyear gift, the letter of inquiry after health in the hot season, and the year-end gift, etc., at every year, or the individual information 6 of the name, the address, the telephone number, and the individual society information 5, etc., is performed. When retrieval is conditional retrieval, the retrieval is executed based on a condition, and print is performed. The similar processing are performed in the registration updating mode, and the erasure mode.
