SETTING DEVICE OF AUXILIARY LINE TO BRANCH LINE IN TUNA LONGLINE FISHING

PURPOSE:To make possible to recover fish without missing even in a case of releasing branch line from main line with missing of bite by combining guiding tool, fish sensor and snap holder so as to perform specific action. CONSTITUTION:Branch line 19 is released from main line and fish biting to said branched line begins to move, then tension is applied to the branched line 19, thus vertical roller 17, etc., of guiding tool 16 is pushed to stern side and vertical roller base 20 is revolved, then fish sensor 26 is operated. Besides, in said case, magnitude of necessary tension is previously adjusted at suitable value with fastening of nut 25. Force is outputted from the fish sensor 26 and air cylinder 33 is immediately operated, then snap holder 28 is moved to upward of stem side, thus the branched line 19 is engaged in setting part 40 of the snap with touching to guiding bar 51 or line 41 of the snap between vertical roller, etc. Further, arm 48 is contacted with touching part 50 and pushing part 31 is released from stopping tool 32, then the branched line 19 is nipped between the setting part 40 and hook 42, thus the snap 36 is set to the branched line 19 and the snap 36 is released from base part 30.
