PURPOSE:To prevent the splashing of a liq. in a chemical receiver and the trickling of the liq. on the outer surface of a chemical container by varying the degree of a change in the rotational speed of the chemical container from the start to the end of reversal of the container in accordance with the viscosity of the chemical in the container. CONSTITUTION:The chemical container 1 contg. a liq. chemical and having an opening at its upper surface is reversed downward to charge the chemical into the receiver 4. When the viscosity of the chemical in the container 1 is low, the container 1 is rotated almost at a fixed speed from the start to the end of reversal. When the viscosity is high, the rotational speed from the start of reversal to the inclination of the container at which the chemical level in the container 1 reaches the opening of the container 1 is made higher than in the case of low viscosity, and the rotational speed beyond that inclination is made lower than in the case of low viscosity. As a result, the splashing of the liq. in the receiver tank and the trickling of the liq. on the outer surface of the container can be prevented, and the chemical is stably charged.
