PURPOSE:To make TAKOYAKI (Japanized pancakes) efficiently by mounting a flat-thick-plate-like baking plate with the front and rear sides to be freely reversed to each other, on the upper surface of a steel plate heated from the lower side, and by forming a material filling space with a plurality of penetration slots bored through said baking plate and the upper surface of the steel plate as the bottom section. CONSTITUTION:Under a wide steel plate 4, a heater 3 for heating the steel plate 4 is set. On the upper surface of the steel plate 4, a flat-thick-plate-like baking plate 5 composed of the front and rear sides to be reversed to each other is mounted. Through the baking plate 5, a plurality of material filling penetration slots 8 are bored, and with the penetration slots 8 and the upper surface of the steel plate 4 as the bottom section, a material filling space is formed. Besides, on the upper flat plate of the baking plate 5, groove sections 9 communicating between the respective penetration slots 8 on respective vertical lines or horizontal lines are formed, and on the groove sections 9, skewers inserted through materials can be mounted. As this result, Japanized pancakes formed on the skewers can be efficiently made.
