PURPOSE:To provide a cooked rice for cake keeping the taste and flavor of cooked rice even at normal temperature or below 0 deg.C and to contrive the increase in the rice consumption, by immersing polished rice in water, draining the rice, adding cow's milk, butter, lemon juice and chlorella-containing alcohol, and cooking the rice. CONSTITUTION:The objective rice can be prepared, e.g., by immersing 600g of polished rice in water, draining the rice, adding 4,000cc of cow's milk, 200g of butter, 200cc of lemon juice and 100cc of chlorella-containing alcohol to the rice and cooking the mixture by heating at 160-200 deg.C. The product is used as a rice-containing ice cream, stuffing for cake, rice-containing jam, etc.
