PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food without emitting garlicky smell by wrapping a Japanese horseradish-containing substance in an edible film, compounding the wrapped substance with ground fish meat and heating the resultant compounded food. CONSTITUTION:The objective food obtained by wrapping a Japanese horseradish- containing food in an edible film of proteins or polysaccharides, such as carrageenan, compounding the resultant wrapped food with ground meat of fishes, etc., and heating the compounded food (normally at =65 deg.C).
